Information we collect

Selected payment and fulfillment providers may be added when commerce is activated. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices and may process information in the United States or other countries.

Newsletter and tracking

Newsletter registration requires affirmative consent and email confirmation. MailerLite open and click tracking is enabled. Open metrics can be inaccurate because mail applications may block tracking or generate events automatically. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe route. Unsubscribed addresses may be retained as suppression records so they are not inadvertently resubscribed without consent.

Cookies and analytics

Initial site analytics will be limited to Squarespace's built-in tools. The site may use essential, analytics or functional cookies. Available consent controls will be configured according to applicable requirements before launch. Restricting cookies through a browser may affect functionality. MailerLite tracking operates in newsletter emails as described above.

Retention

  • Active subscriber records: while subscribed.
  • Unsubscribed addresses: suppression record only.
  • General contact submissions: up to 12 months after resolution.
  • Correction records: indefinitely, with unnecessary personal information removed.
  • Security and access logs: according to provider schedules.
  • Future order records: as needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

Records may be retained longer for disputes, security, legal holds or compliance.

Sharing
