These Terms govern use of thecryptopassage.com and related services provided under The Crypto Passage name. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use interactive features or purchase products.

Eligibility

Public educational material may be viewed by a general audience. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to submit forms, subscribe to newsletters, create an account or make a purchase. Do not use those features on behalf of a minor unless expressly permitted under future written terms.

General education only

The Crypto Passage provides general educational and informational content. Nothing on the site is personalized financial, investment, legal, tax or security advice, a trade signal, a recommendation to transact, or an offer to buy or sell an asset.

Use of the site does not create an adviser-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, brokerage, custody or other professional relationship. You remain responsible for your decisions, independent verification and consultation with qualified professionals.

Risk and no guarantees

Cryptocurrency activities may involve substantial loss, fraud, custody, technical, market and regulatory risks. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, security, legal compliance, recovery of assets or results of any content, product or third-party service. Content may contain errors or become outdated.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • misuse forms, accounts, payment systems or contact routes;
  • impersonate The Crypto Passage or misrepresent an affiliation;
  • seek recovery phrases, private keys, credentials or unauthorized account access;
  • introduce malicious code, disrupt service or evade security controls;
  • scrape, copy or redistribute protected material in violation of applicable rights;
  • use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment or deceptive promotion;
  • submit information you lack the right to provide.

We may restrict access, remove submissions, preserve evidence or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems or rights.

Intellectual property

The site design, branding, original text, graphics, downloads and other original materials are owned by or licensed to The Crypto Passage and are protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant The Crypto Passage a limited right to store, review, reproduce and use the submission as reasonably needed to respond, investigate, correct content, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Do not submit confidential, proprietary or sensitive material unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.

Third-party links and platforms

Links, embeds and integrations may lead to services we do not control. Their availability, content, security, fees and privacy practices are governed by their providers. A link does not constitute endorsement or a guarantee. Inspect destinations and verify accounts before signing in, connecting a wallet or sharing information.

Products, payments and refunds

Specific product descriptions, prices, delivery terms and refund rules will be presented when commerce is activated. Those transaction-specific terms supplement these Terms. Purchases do not create a professional or advisory relationship.

Availability, changes and corrections

We may update, suspend, remove or correct content and features without guaranteeing continuous availability. Material corrections are handled under the Trust and Editorial Standards and Corrections page. We may revise these Terms by updating the effective date; material changes may receive additional notice.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The Crypto Passage disclaims warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses and claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, infringement of another person's rights or material breach of these Terms. This provision is subject to qualified legal review.

Governing law and disputes

The proposed governing law is the law of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the proposed exclusive venue is an appropriate state or federal court in Texas. This proposal is subject to qualified legal review and any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights that apply.

International users are responsible for determining whether their use is lawful where they are located. Nothing here overrides mandatory local rights.
